Vita Rudi Becker

Rudi Becker, born in 1954, has more than 30 years of experience in the planning and implementation of elevator and conveyor systems in buildings. He is a member of the technical committee for elevators of the VDI (the Association of German Engineers) and an active member of the „technical committee for elevator and conveyor technology“ of the VBI (the German Association of Consulting Engineers). He is also professor at the Technische Universität Darmstadt for lift technology.

2000 – 2009	Entrusted with the technical planning, project management and construction management for new buildings, modernisations and conversion works of all kind at Jappsen Engineers (since 2003 as managing director) in the field of elevator and conveyor technology.
